IGL has provided its customers with convenient Multiple Payment Options to pay the PNG Bills as under:

1. Voluntary Deposit Scheme: Under this scheme, a minimum voluntary deposit of Rs. 2,500/- can be placed with Indraprastha Gas Limited. You shall be offered an interest @ 5% on the reducing balance after deduction of your PNG bills. The bill amount will reduce your deposit and you will continue to earn interest on the reduced balance. You can send your DD/ cheque favoring "Indraprastha Gas Limited A/c Business Partner no.______________" mentioning VDS on the reverse of the DD/ cheque. The cheque shall be couriered to -

   Advantage: No need to remember to make the bill payment! Earn interest too.



2. Electronic Clearing Services: Under this system, your bank account would be debited through ECS facility for your PNG consumption bill amount. You do not have to open any new bank account fort he purpose but your existing bank account is good enough to avail this easy payment facility. You can opt for ECS option by registering at www.billdesk.com. Get it countersigned by your bank. Send the completed form with a cancelled blank cheque of your bank account to IGL. Service shall be activated in 3 weeks from submission of ECS form.



3. Cash Deposit: Cash Payments can be made at select branches of IDBI Bank & Kotak Mahindra Bank Branches.



4. At any of the conveniently located conventional dropboxes installed by IDBI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank for IGL (Contact the call center/ Click on 'Online Billpay' tab in the Customer Zone for the nearest location).



5. Credit Card and Net banking Payments: Use any valid Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card or pay through your Net Banking account for your gas Connection. Receive online confirmation and a Transaction Reference Number.
   
   Advantage: Now pay your bills any time, from anywhere across the globe through your credit card and internet bank.



6. Payment through Retail Channels: You can now walk-in to the authorized retail points and pay your IGL bills by Cash and/or by swiping a Credit/Debit card. The retail channels wherein payments of IGL bills will be accepted are Reliance Retail, Sify, Suvidha Infoservice etc. (Contact IGL call center for nearest location/ Alternately you can also contact Billdesk helpline center on the number 011-48689000)



7. EBPP: Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment: For making the the PNG bill payment through your bank account (of select banks) complete the registration process with the respective bank. Thereafter you can view and make the payment through your account. Alternately you can also visit www.billdesk.com or www.visabillpay.com for further information.



8. ELECTRONIC DROP BOX: Now pay your IGL bill through iPay Electronic Drop Box at a location nearest to you. It’s fast, easy & secure with an instant receipt for every transaction. For your nearest location, log on to www.ipaybills.in.



9. S.I. ON CARD: Through this service, IGL customers will be providing one time instruction to charge his credit card {Master/Visa/Diners} for payment of PNG bill.
   
   Advantage: No verification required. Pay from anywhere in India.



10. For your convenience you can also drop your cheques at any of the Metro stations (Contact the call center / Click on 'Cheque drop' tab in the “Payment Modes” for the nearest location).



11. Also you can make your payment at any Easybill outlets in NCR numbering over 1000 outlets. To locate the nearest outlet kindly contact Easybill on the number 1800-11-7575 (MTNL Toll free) or 2637-1822.

DO’S & DON’TS of making PNG Invoice Payments :

• Cheque should be A/c payee in favour of "Indraprastha Gas Limited A/c Business Partner No." (For example if your Business Partner No. is 1000023313 then write Indraprastha Gas Limited A/c BP1000023313) payable at New Delhi.



• Consumer may write Business Partner number, name, address and telephone No. at the reverse of the cheque.



• Attach counterfoil of the invoice along with the cheque.



• Date of credit into IGL Account shall be taken as payment date.



• Do not issue outstation cheques. Your account shall be credited only to the extent of payment realised.



• Please do not drop cash in the drop boxes.



• Cash payments are accepted at branches of IDBI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank (Details inside). No cash payment is accepted at CNG stations or at any of our control rooms.



• Please ensure that all the required details on the cheques are completely filled in. Any cutting or changes should be countersigned.



• Please do not drop mutilated, post dated or unsigned cheques in the drop box. An administrative charge of Rs.100 will be payable by customer for bounced cheque. No request for waiver of this charge shall be entertained even in case payment has been made subsequently in time.



• In case house is found to be locked at the time of meter reading an estimated invoice will be raised. It is mandatory for the customers to pay estimated invoice raised. No request for adjustment will be entertained in the provisional invoice. Necessary adjustments will be made in the next billing cycle.



• No receipt is issued at any of collection centers.
  In case of failure to make payment by due date, consumer is liable to pay a minimum interest charge @ 2% per month on invoice value. The interest shall not be waived off under any circumstances.

IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT OF TWO CONSECUTIVE INVOICES IGL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE GAS SUPPLIES WITHOUT INTIMATION.

Voluntary Deposit Scheme (VDS):

As per this scheme, a minimum voluntary deposit of Rs. 2,500/- can be placed with Indraprastha Gas Limited at which an interest @ 5% shall be offered to the customer on reducing balance after deduction of your bills. This invoice amount will reduce the deposit every two months and the customer will continue to earn interest on the reduced balance.

The customer avoids visits to the drop box for making payments. While all the payments are being made well in time, the customer’s money still earns interest @ 5% p.a. on reducing balance. The customers can join "Voluntary Deposit Scheme" by filling the attached form and mailing it to us with a Demand Draft.
