All requisite permissions and approvals from appropriate authorities should be obtained by the proposing Organization ensuring all statutory obligations and compliances.
There is no deadline on submitting the application form during the financial year.
The format of this application form should not be tempered with.
The submission of application does not amount to acceptance of the proposal. The proposal is subject to approval by competent authority.
