    1. Inform IGL of your interest in getting a PNG connection. To book your connection -
      1.1 Enter your request(if your area is listed) by clicking on "New Connection" in the customer zone.
      1.2 You can also lodge your request with IGL’s Helpline Number - 1800 102 5109 (Toll Free)

    2. Fill in the Registration form
      Registration forms are also made available through the authorized DMA's of IGL.

      3. Submit it along with any one of the following ownership proofs -
      3.1 Copy of electricity bill
      3.2 House tax receipt
      3.3 First 5 pages of the "Sales Deed"

    1.  Mandatory Security Deposit
      Submit a duly filled in registration form along with an Interest free Security deposit of Rs 6000 (Refundable) to be paid through either cheque or DD in favor of Indraprastha Gas Ltd. Break up of security deposit is –
      A) Rs 5000 against installation and
      B) Rs 1000 against gas consumption

    2. Charges for people residing in Government/CPWD/NDMC accomodation
      2.1 Submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- against refundable interest free Consumption Security deposit (applicable only for those customers where Rs. 5000/- per flat as refundable security deposit has already been paid by their parent organisation).
      2.2 Also submit the allotment letter provided by concerned department along with the photocopy of ID card.

2. Connection installation

    1. Installation Procedure
      1.1 Survey to assess feasibility of gas connection.
      1.2 Laying of MDPE after getting necessary permissions from the concerned civic authorities.
      1.3 Laying of vertical piping to provide connectivity to the registered customers
      1.4 Fitting and testing of GI/Copper pipe and meter.
      1.5 Conversion of LPG stove to PNG and activation of gas connection.

    2. Installation Charges
      2.1 Rs 6000 refundable security deposit submitted during registration includes up to 15 metres of GI/Copper Pipeline (excludes rubber pipe) as per PNGRB regulations.
      2.2 For excess service line requirement
      In case GI/ Copper Pipeline exceeds 15 metres, charges for the extra pipe length, as applicable are payable.
      2.3 Extension & Modification charges
      a) Second connection on the other floor shall be treated as a new connection.
      b) Extension on payment basis can also be provided for gas geysers depending on the feasibility, subject to a minimum charge of Rs 500.
